Audiometric Testing Room
Item Code: HSE-992
It is our pleasure to introduce H.S. Engineers as a company engaged in construction and designing of Audiometric testing rooms/ Audiometry Room/ Audiometry Booth/ Acoustic Booth. We design Audiometry rooms custom made and efficacious as desired by professionals for accurate audiometric testing. The scope of work is:
Item Code: HSE-54
HSE engineers are highly skilled; many are degree qualified and most are members of the Institute of Acoustics.
Audiology facilities need to be acoustically treated for two main reasons:
To prevent unwanted noise entering the test environment and affecting the integrity of the test procedures to be undertaken. to keep patients’ consultations private. A raised voice is often required to communicate with the patients attending an Audiology department, therefore it is as important for these conversations to be kept within the room as it is for the prevention of unwanted noise to enter.
Many existing and most future sites are likely to be subjected to increasing noise from aircraft, road traffic and other extraneous sources. The low noise levels required in Audiology rooms will only be achieved by specialist design and construction of “Test” rooms.
Well established principles of sound insulation should be employed in the design of Audiology rooms, Audiometric Booths, Audiometric chambers and the advice of a specialist in acoustics, such as HSE, should be sought at an early stage.
The airborne sound insulation performance requirements of internal partitions are closely linked to intrusive noise criteria. However, another very important factor is “privacy”, that is, the extent to which conversations and activities in one area are audible in an adjacent area.
HSE specialists can assist in all aspects of room design and location in order to achieve maximum performance.
Depending upon the use, the specification and budget limitations we can offer rooms/booths from our standard ranges or bespoke facilities, which are tailored to exact requirements.

HS Engineers has more than 10 years of experience in the design and installation of audiology booths. We design, manufacture and install a wide standard range of high performance booths that offer noise reduction levels from between 35 to 60dB.
Regardless of whether your project is for a single audiometric booth or a full hearing test facility design and fit-out, we have the resource and experience to provide you with all of your testing requirements including full service product support. With many standard audiology booths available, offering different sizes and configurations that accommodate the latest audiometers, you're sure to find a solution to meet your individual needs.
HSE has almost 5 different standard hearing test rooms available, offering different sizes and configurations that accommodate the latest audiometers. In addition to the standard range, HSE also offers bespoke audiometric test rooms that provide the perfect acoustic environment for health professionals to perform hearing screening tests. HSE audiology rooms are available in many different types of configuration, within numerous market sectors such as Clinics, GP Surgeries, Industry, NHS Hospitals, Research establishments, Universities and Walk-in-centres.
